A fantastic opportunity has come about within the Sport Division of our Mulgrave office for a Customer Service Administrator. If you would like to join this small but experienced team in bringing the Mizuno sporting brand to the Australian Sporting market, then this is the job for you.

You will join a small, supportive and friendly team who are responsible for handling incoming customer queries, providing sales support and performing administrative duties for our Sport division.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience;

  • Communicate in a professional and effective manner, both verbally and in writing to our customers, sales team and suppliers

  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

  • The capacity to problem solve and think "outside the square"

  • Have a high attention to detail

  • Work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously

  • Strong time management and organisational skills

  • A positive attitude - an ability to make problem solving decisions with business procedures in mind

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Knowledge of Styleman system advantageous

  • Previous customer service and data entry experience is essential

  • Retail experience in a sporting environment preferred but not essential.

 

Please note that although we are a sporting brand we are looking for someone with a strong background in customer service, data entry and administration. A team player who has strong, self driven time management abilities and a commitment to facilitating successful outcomes with a customer service focus. If you have exceptional organisational and communication skills, a positive attitude and a high attention for detail then this is the perfect role for you.
