ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to organisational growth, the role of Integration Specialist has been created, based in Melbourne reporting to the COO.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the process for the technical implementation of PromisePay into marketplaces and platforms by having a deep understanding of both our customer’s technology platforms and PromisePay’s technical capabilities

• Directly interface with our customer’s development and technical teams to ensure that the ideal PromisePay configurations are being achieved, resulting in accelerated deployment times with less opportunity for error

• Be the first line of defense in resolving all developer queries and implementation bugs via ticketed support (Zendesk) helping startup and enterprise customers integrate successfully

• Collaborate with our Documentation Specialist to ensure common workflows, queries, and explanations are documented thoroughly

• Collaborate with PromisePay teams in Melbourne and Manila to ensure that all internal stakeholders are kept abreast of customer needs while flawlessly executing against integration timelines

• Liaise with PromisePay support teams to address any post-launch customer inquiries within agreed upon SLA’s

• Be an internal champion for customers and collaborate with PromisePay’s core development and business teams globally to ensure that the organization is proactively developing new features and functionality that deliver meaningful benefits to our customer’s businesses

• Drive continuous process improvement to streamline operations

• Work with our Documentation Specialist on advising and creating content for PromisePay’s documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record using web development software to build technologies that solve business problems. Experience working with Ruby on Rails, PHP, .NET preferred

• Prior experience working within a payment solutions environment as a developer, customer and/or consultant

• Highly methodical and process-driven

• Proven ability to effectively communicate & build working relationships with internal and customer stakeholders across a diverse range of technical expertise and seniority

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

• Outcomes focused & motivated, with the ability to proactively collaborate with others

• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt as PromisePay continues to grow within the marketplace
