A vacancy has arisen in Acushnet’s Sales & Marketing Team for a Marketing Coordinator looking to make a difference. Reporting to the Brand Manager, your role will be responsible for coordinating multiple activities, including fitting day bookings, sponsorships, sales meetings, in addition to supporting the wider sales, marketing and administrative functions. Responsibilities include;

 

• Managing bookings for product fitting days and related website updates.

• Sponsorship event planning, support and coordination.

• Providing sales meeting and conference coordination support including travel and accommodation bookings.

• Updating company databases.

• Point of sale order coordination for Account Managers.

• General sales & marketing support including teaming with Sales and Marketing leaders to action plans.

• General administrative support including; mail-outs, pricelist compilation and coordination of mail services.

• Ordering of office stationery and catering requests.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience;

 

• Hands on and positive “can do” attitude.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

• High levels of attention to detail.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Marketing qualifications and / or graphics experience will be viewed positively.
