ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

  • Due to organisational growth, the role of Project Manager has been created and is based in Melbourne reporting to the Head of Product.

  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the Project Manager for a portfolio of work being delivered across the business

  • Capture detailed project charters, scopes, requirements, and resource plans, which facilitate accurate project planning, budgeting and scheduling

  • Establish & maintain a clear & up-to-date project schedule which accurately depicts ongoing & upcoming project work

  • Communicate actively and efficiently within the business to ensure all stakeholders remain up-to-date on project statuses, including any associated risks

  • Work closely with the PromisePay Product, Development and Delivery teams to ensure all opportunities are delivered on time, on budget, and to their greatest potential

REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant prior experience as a Project Manager in a software environment, with a proven track record of delivering on time, on budget and to scope.

  • Demonstrated and significant experience interfacing with customer stakeholders, both remotely and onsite at customer premises.

  • Prior experience utilising tools which facilitate accurate and relevant project planning, budgeting and scheduling.

  • Working knowledge and experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Ability to drive results and build productive working relationships with a variety of teams and individuals, across disciplines.

  • Prior working experience liaising with remote/distributed teams.

  • Ability to work to high levels of autonomy, accountability and ownership of tasks and workload.

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and customer stakeholders across a diverse range technical expertise and seniority.

  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt as PromisePay continues to grow within the marketplace
